Yonkers Mayor Spano to Open Mobile Tax Office Locations

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano today announced the upcoming schedule for the City’s Mobile Tax Office locations. Staff members from the Finance, Assessment, Water Billing and Constituent Services departments will be in attendance to collect property taxes, water bill payments, and answer any questions on:

  • Monday, September 29, from 9AM to 7PM at Coyne Park/Bernice Spreckman Community Center (777 McLean Ave)

  • Wednesday, October 1, from 9AM to 6:30PM at the Homefield House (911 Saw Mill River Rd)

  • Thursday, October 2, from 9AM to 7PM at Grinton I. Will Library (1500 Central Park Ave)

The second installment for the 2025/2026 City property tax is due Monday, October 6.

“Recognizing the importance of convenience for the residents of Yonkers, our Mobile Tax Offices are being made available to all residents once again to help them access city services and pay their property taxes or water bill more easily. Those in need of assistance or who prefer a location close to home are encouraged to visit any of the three locations,” said Mayor Mike Spano.
